Returns Policy

At ORKOWORO SLU we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can return the products within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, in accordance with Spanish consumer regulations.

Conditions

• Products must be in their original condition, unused and with original packaging.
• The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Personalized or perishable products are not eligible for return.

Procedure

Never ship the product on your own or to any address we have not provided to you. Returns sent without following this procedure cannot be accepted or refunded.

1. Request the return. Email us at info@orkoworo.com with your order number and the reason for the return, or use the cancellation form.
2. We confirm the details. We will reply with the return address and, where applicable, the collection and handling cost for your return, which is assessed case by case. Do not send anything until you receive these instructions.
3. We arrange the collection. We will coordinate the courier collection or send you the corresponding return label, together with the note to be included in the parcel.
4. Refund. Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
