Returns Policy

At ORKOWORO SLU we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can return the products within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, in accordance with Spanish consumer regulations.

Conditions

• Products must be in their original condition, unused and with original packaging.
• The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Personalized or perishable products are not eligible for return.

Procedure

Option 1 — Collection arranged by us (recommended). Email info@orkoworo.com with your order number and reason. We will coordinate the courier collection. Do not ship the product on your own before contacting us: each return requires a specific return note inside the parcel.

Option 2 — Direct shipment. If you prefer to ship it yourself, the return address is:

In both cases, include a note with your order number inside the parcel. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt and verification of the products.
