ORKOWORO SLU is an online store specialising in perfumery, cosmetics and personal care, headquartered in San Juan de Aznalfarache (Seville), Spain. We were founded with a simple idea: to bring customers across Spain and Europe the best beauty products from well-known brands at competitive prices, without compromising on authenticity or personal service.

What we sell

Our catalogue includes more than 17,000 references of perfumes, creams, serums, facial and body care, makeup, hair care and hygiene products. We work with leading brands such as L'Oréal, CeraVe, ISDIN, La Roche-Posay, Vichy, Garnier, Maybelline, Schwarzkopf and Wella, among many others.

How we work

All orders are prepared and dispatched from our logistics centre in Spain. We work with a logistics partner specialising in perfumery and cosmetics that guarantees traceability and the optimal condition of the product through to delivery. ORKOWORO SLU is the official seller of every order: we issue the invoice, manage customer service and take responsibility for any issue related to shipping or returns.

Shipping and returns

We ship throughout Spain (mainland) and the European Union. Orders to mainland Spain benefit from free shipping. We offer 14 calendar days for returns, at no additional cost to the customer in the case of a defective product or an error in the order.
